Project information
The "Hahner Mitte" project in Taunusstein was carried out on behalf of Kommunale Wohnungsbau GmbH from September 2021 to September 2022. The construction project involved the energy-efficient renovation of the facade over a total area of approximately 6,000 m².
The scope of services included the installation of a composite thermal insulation system (ETICS) with insulation thicknesses between 180 mm and 300 mm. The surface design was varied, featuring clinker brick slips as well as disc and comb plaster. A special feature of the project was the visual design, which alternated between different colors and surface textures.
