A3 UEF B43 Frankfurt Airport North junction
Project information
On behalf of Hessen Mobil Straßen- und Verkehrsmanagement Gelnhausen, repairs were carried out on the A3 overpass over the B43 at the Frankfurt Airport North junction between August 2015 and June 2016. The project scope included four bridge caps, each 70 meters long, a 64-meter transition structure, 1,850 m² of road surfacing, and 190 meters of guardrails. The scope of services included the renewal of the caps and the road surface, including sealing, the repair of the transition structures and drainage facilities, and the renewal of the guidance and protective devices. The installation and removal of the necessary traffic safety measures was also part of the contract.
