Project information
On behalf of Kaiser Immobilien KG & Co., the renovation of the underground car park at Ludwig-Erhardt-Straße 30–34 in Eschborn was carried out between April 2019 and May 2020. The project covered the first and second basement levels with a total floor space of 17,000 m² and 582 parking spaces. The services provided included substrate preparation, the formation of sloped surfaces with PCC, various waterproofing works, and concrete repair. In addition, Triflex surface protection systems of classes OS 2, OS 8, and OS 11b were installed, as well as a ramp heating system.
