We are currently seeking an ambitious site manager (m/f/d) – concrete repair in the drinking water sector for our location in Dresden.
For over 75 years, the employees of the Wiedemann Group have been ensuring that you have drinkable tap water from your local water supply. The renovation of drinking water tanks is a speciality of our teams at Fritz Wiedemann & Sohn GmbH in Wiesbaden and Dresden, as is the maintenance of all types of concrete structures.
Whether bridges, multi-storey car parks or balconies – preserving existing structures instead of building new ones protects the environment and conserves resources. With our company Bau Zier GmbH, we are active in the Dresden area in the field of revitalising existing structures, and with the company Wannenwetsch HDW GmbH, we are involved in many large infrastructure projects throughout Europe with our concrete removal robots.
With approximately 200 employees, we serve our customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. We employ industrial staff and commercial/technical employees at four locations in Germany.
Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for independently preparing, managing and executing national, system-relevant projects in the repair of drinking water facilities.
- You act in accordance with applicable standards and regulations and are responsible for quality, adherence to deadlines and cost control during projects.
- You are a competent contact person for our clients, employees, subcontractors and authorities.
- You will also be responsible for planning and deploying your own and external personnel on the construction site.
Your profile
- You have a degree in civil engineering or comparable technical training with relevant experience in construction.
- You have professional experience in managing employees.
- The repair of drinking water systems is of great interest to you and ideally you already have the SIVV certificate.
- You have no difficulty using MS Office and construction project management software.
- You are a strong communicator, assertive and enjoy taking on responsibility.
- Commitment and team spirit combined with an independent and dedicated approach to work are a matter of course for you.
- A Class B driving licence is required.
