Construction Manager (m/f/d) – Concrete Repair in Wiesbaden and Dresden
We are looking for an ambitious site manager (m/f/d) – concrete repair for our head office in Wiesbaden and branch office in Dresden.
If anyone can do it, it’s Wiedemann – for over 75 years, the employees of Fritz Wiedemann & Sohn GmbH have been ensuring that tap water is safe to drink. The renovation of drinking water tanks is a speciality of our teams in Wiesbaden and Dresden, as is the maintenance of all types of concrete structures. Your responsibilities
- You will independently supervise and manage supra-regional construction projects for building repairs (bridges, parking decks, buildings, etc.).
- Development and coordination of customer requirements and solutions in collaboration with our costing department.
- The coordination, organisation and control of work orders is in your hands.
- You are a competent contact person for our clients, employees, subcontractors and authorities.
- You will also be responsible for planning and deploying your own and external personnel on the construction site.
Your profile
- You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, possibly also with master craftsman training.
- You have initial professional experience in a similar position and have the drive to succeed in this role.
- You have good knowledge of building repair and concrete restoration and ideally have a SIVV certificate.
- You have no difficulty using MS Office.
- You have a confident manner and assertiveness.
- You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Commitment and team spirit combined with an independent, dedicated and meticulous approach to work are a matter of course for you.
- You hold a Class B driving licence.
