TG Monzastraße 2, Langen

On behalf of Conren Land Management GmbH, the renovation of the underground car park at Monzastraße 2 in Langen was carried out between June 2022 and July 2023. Covering a total concrete area of 7,000 m², the work included the removal of asphalt, substrate preparation, and comprehensive treatment of damaged areas and cracks. As part of the fundamental repair of the parking bays, sloped screed was installed in the parking spaces and PCC screed in the lanes. The project was completed with a new coating and the final marking of the parking spaces.
