Construction Manager (m/f/d) Thermal Insulation Composite and Facade Systems in Wiesbaden
We are currently seeking an ambitious Project Manager / Construction Manager (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Wiesbaden, specialising in composite thermal insulation and facade systems.
If anyone can do it, it’s Wiedemann – for over 75 years, the employees of Fritz Wiedemann & Sohn GmbH have been ensuring that tap water is safe to drink. The renovation of drinking water tanks is a speciality of our teams in Wiesbaden and Dresden, as is the maintenance of all types of concrete structures. Whether bridges, multi-storey car parks or balconies – preserving existing structures instead of building new ones protects the environment and conserves resources. Our energy-efficient renovation division reduces energy consumption and gives façades a new lease of life.
Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the independent management, control and supervision of various construction projects, including supra-regional ones, with responsibility for deadlines, quality and cost-effectiveness in the field of energy-efficient renovation.
- You determine quantities and costs and draw up service specifications.
- You will also develop special proposals and alternatives.
- The coordination, organisation and control of work orders is in your hands.
- You are a competent contact person for our clients, employees, subcontractors and authorities.
- You will also be responsible for planning and deploying your own staff and subcontractors’ personnel on the construction site.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering (university or university of applied sciences).
- You have initial professional experience in a similar position and have the drive to succeed in this role.
- You have good knowledge of energy-efficient renovation/external thermal insulation composite systems.
- You have no difficulty using MS Office.
- You have proven experience in managing employees.
- You have a confident manner and assertiveness.
- You are also characterised by a high sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Commitment and team spirit combined with an independent, dedicated and meticulous approach to work are a matter of course for you.
- You hold a Class B driving licence.
